ABOUT TERRY

Dr. Terry Riley is a psychologist and internationally recognized authority on employee safety. He has advised Fortune 500 executives on security issues, been a contributing editor for American Express, MSNBC and AB•ROAD, a Japanese travel magazine. Terry has completed Aircare FACT^® Crewmember Emergency Procedures and Inflight Medical Emergency training and is the author of Travel Can Be Murder and C.H.A.R.M. School: Customer Hostility And Rage Management.

 

Terry resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico with his wife, dogs and a wealth of friends.
